If your therapist is not in your insurance network, the full fee is to be paid privately.
Clients who are paying out-of-pocket or have another agency covering their services can utilize superbills to seek potential reimbursement from their insurance providers or agencies for out-of-network expenses.
Clients are advised to call and verify your mental health coverage prior to your first appointment.
We accept payment via cash, card, and/or insurance benefits. Options to pay include HSA/FSA cards. Payments are securely processed online through the Client Portal.
If you do not show for your therapy session, and do not let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, you will be charged a $50 no-show/late-cancel fee. This fee is not covered by insurances and is billed directly to you.
We provide therapy services at no cost to OHP clients. However, to ensure fairness and availability to all, we enforce an attendance policy. After three consecutive no-call/no-shows, therapy services will be temporarily paused pending a discussion about the continuation of therapy services.
